Translation
Let us sing the glory of Lord Ganesha, the leader of Ganaas (Shiva’s army) and the destroyer of all obstacles in the path of spiritual practices. Sing the glory of the bestower of all that is auspicious, intelligence and knowledge. The elephant-headed Lord is the son of Gowri and Shiva who is also known as Gangadhara.
